Argendonax S.A., is one of the largest producers of Arundo Donax cultivated in the world. The company is able to supply raw material, i.e. cane, in such large quantities that no other manufacturer worldwide has been able to handle
Managing all raw material, gives the factory the opportunity to have enough stock of aged cane so as to face sustained growth, keeping constant, high quality in time.
Gonzalez reeds are divided in quarters of strength, ensuring more playable reeds out of one box.
Quality standards of raw material used in the Gonzalez factory are 40% higher than any other factory.
Since Gonzalez is a family owned company, members managing the business are daily involved with the cultivation, manufacturing, quality control, promotion and sales processes. 
Personnel at the factory is highly trained and committed to quality. This helps to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Each model created is tested by external and internal musicians of the factory. They are highly committed with the quality standards, assessing and monitoring the models in all stages of production.
The Gonzalez factory goal is to manufacture high quality reeds. Mass production is not intended, so when choosing cultivation or manufacturing processes, quality over quantity is prioritized.
Another contribution to environmental care is the use of totally recyclable packaging.
